All machines purchased from Leisurematic are supplied with a fully comprehensive parts and labour warranty, in most cases we can repair machines on site, saving you the hassle and expense of returning them to our workshop. Alternatively we schedule to workshop the machine and use one of our dedicated service vehicles to collect then redeliver.
On Site Machine Servicing, Maintenance & ADIPS Safety Certification
Leisurematic have a Nationwide network of highly skilled service engineers, enabling us to offer on site servicing, routine maintenance, running repairs & carry out ADIPS Safety Certification, we also aim for immediate parts availability whenever possible.
In the event of us not being able to resolve any issues on site, our dedicated service vehicles are always standing by, so a machine uplift to our workshop is always possible. You then get a ‘super quick’ turnaround time, with redelivery and installation of your machine repaired to the highest standard, fully ADIPs safety certificated and ready to go.
Workshop Repair, ADIPS Safety Certification, Servicing & Refurbishment
Back at base, we have a dedicated and skilled team of workshop technicians who carry out the whole range of kiddie ride and arcade amusement machine servicing, repairs and refurbishment.
We also offer a machine collection and redelivery service to support our workshop operation, we use our own vehicles for this.
Delivery
Leisurematic are very aware that your machines are an important and valuable part of your business, therefore we have our unique, ‘in house’ dedicated machine collection, delivery and installation service. This eliminates any machine damage risk and ensures that it is delivered and reinstalled correctly, to the high standard you expect.
Nayax – Contactless Card Reader Payment Option
Leisurematic machines can be supplied with a contactless card reader payment option, either as an addition to cash acceptance or as an alternative.
We only use the Nayax Payment Provider system, this is proven to be robust and reliable.
We are able to fit this contactless payment system to your own existing kiddie rides, battery cars or arcade machines, using our unique Contactless Payment Supply And Fit Solution. This is carried out either at your site, or alternatively we can collect your machine, fit the kit in our workshop, then redeliver/install….fully tested and ready to go.
