Main Delivery Points

  • Collection can be made from our Robertsbridge, East Sussex, depot with prior arrangement.
  • Delivery prices start from £75 to anywhere in Mainland UK, please contact us for quotes re delivery/shipping outside the UK.
  • We normally use our own fleet of dedicated tail lift delivery/installation vehicles, crewed by our experienced installation engineers….you can be sure that your goods will arrive ON TIME and in perfect condition…EVERYTIME

Please read the info below carefully to ensure prompt delivery:

We always aim to deliver 5-10 working days post payment, sometimes sooner. Please ensure your telephone number is always supplied with your payment, it helps to prevent delays in your order process.

We require full delivery address including postcode, Mobile & landline number

Our delivery quotes are based on one vehicle/installer,  should any kind of obstacle exist at the delivery address, then it may prevent us from being able to deliver your machine safely, please advise us this at the point of order, so that we can preplan to prevent this and to enable us to price quote accordingly.

The following may hinder delivery/installation:

  • steps
  • stairs
  • tight doorways
  • narrow gates
  • steep inclines etc. 

Bulky/heavy Items such as Air Hockey Tables, Video Machines etc will require 3rd party assistance at the delivery point. No responsibility for any damage or personal injury will be accepted by Leisurematic resulting in injury to 3rd party individuals providing assistance. 

Leisurematic can provide extra assistance at an agreed cost, please make us aware prior to delivery/installation.

When confirming your delivery/installation details, please ensure we are aware of any vehicle size restrictions at or around the intended delivery point.

Our dedicated delivery service is a ‘door to door’ service and we are happy to enter private/residential premises to facilitate delivery/installation. 

Please be aware that we cannot accept ANY responsibility or ANY liability for damage or injury to persons or property whilst doing so. It is our customers responsibility to ensure they have suitable insurance cover for this eventuality.

Returns: 

In accordance with UK statutory rights, you are able to cancel your contract with Leisurematic within 14 days. The customer is responsible and liable for returning the machine back to Leisurematic in the same condition it was sold. Once we have received your machine back and accepted the condition. We will proceed with a full refund.
